Luxurious brand-new hotel with neat rooms. Good and perfect location for enjoying cafés and pubs just walking distance from the venue. Excellent restaurant not very far from the hotel. Situated close to a subway station.

Our room was clean, large, had fast WiFi, and offered a fantastic view.

The staff were extremely friendly and the services were friendly. The room was luxurious and looked huge. The breakfast was the best, the food was excellent. Central location was a plus.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and a desk for working. The hotel was conveniently located right above a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient for buying snacks or any necessities. The facilities, including the pool, coin laundry, and gym, were all in good condition and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the room was clean and tidy, creating a comfortable environment to relax in.

One downside was that there was an additional fee for using the pool, which I found a bit expensive considering I just wanted to swim and not spend the whole day at the pool. It would have been better if the hotel did not charge extra for this amenity.

I had a wonderful stay at Lotte City. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station right at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. The pool was also a highlight, as I had it mostly to myself during my visit.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Mapo district. It offers amazing value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impeccable, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I loved the convenience of being located right above a small shopping center and directly on the Gong Duk subway station, which made getting around a breeze. The rooms were cozy and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a good armchair and excellent housekeeping. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of European cuisine included.
